How to add Avatar

Hello,
How do I add an avatar at the top of my forums like the one most people have?

Hi Toren,

Click on 'UserCP' at the top of the forum page, then select 'edit avitar' on the left of the page that opens, select your country then selsct an avitar from the ones available.

I've got two avatar type things. One above, one below!
