How long?

I ordered TR2010 on the 2nd Sept. Here we are a month further on and there is still no sign of the product How long does it take to send a package to NZ, considering that postage of AUS$ 9.61 has been paid?

I have tried to cancel the order now, as I'm sick of waiting, but the 'Contact us' email is not monitored any longer, and my email should be directed to the 'helpdesk'.

Having done this, I still have no reply.....

Does anyone know, how to cancel an order? Nothing has changed with Auran in all those years.

Actually a lot's changed at Auran, they all but went bust a while ago because of the failure of their major game, so very few left to deal with us Trainzers-and very happy that they survive-they do their best so be patient!

Can anyone tell me how I can get attention from Auran to cancel my order?

Emails to Helpdesk etc. have drawn blanks
