How do you download steam engines for the Traniz Simulator for iPad?

My 4 year old will greatly appreciate this as the extra content window in the itunes advertisment shows a steam engine. He has me on task to get a steam engine stat, lol!

There is an expansion pack which you can purchase from the app store. Mind you the number of steamers in it are limited at the moment.
