how do i use multiplayer surveyor mode?

so me and 2 friends are trying to make a trainz route and we dont know how to use multiplayer surveyor, thought i would go to the forums about this matter.

Multiplayer surveyor is only available for Trainz Plus / Gold Subscriptions

Both parties has to have Trainz Plus or Gold. I believe. it's like multiplayer sessions you where you must also have the same game between both players because TANE users cannot play multiplayer with TRS19 or TRS22 players vise-versa so I am guessing these rules also applies with Trainz Plus / Gold subscriptions
