How do I place human figures on a route?

I did go into the objects tab in edit mode, but when I saved that version of the route, the figure sticks to its default expression.

Hmmm. Not much useful information in that statement.

What figure? A <kuid> would be very helpful.

Human figures are like any other scenery objects (trees, buildings, etc). You place them where you want them, orientate them how you want them and that is where they stay.

Most human figures are stationary - they do not move or change in any way. A few figures are animated in that they will walk back and forth moving their legs and arms in the animation but that is usually about all - no facial expression changes (or at least I have never noticed any). How close would you have to be to the figure to see the smile or frown?

I mean TTTE figures. Not the old SI3D ones, the new PBR ones that DO have facial expressions.

For those not familiar with the acronyms, TTTE = Thomas The Tank Engine and SI3D = Sodor Island 3D

Thomas routes and assets seem to be a constant source of issues in Trainz.

Beyond that I can offer no further advice on the matter.
