How do I make a trackmark list for the NavigateToTrackmarkList command?

Hello! I have recently finished a small route I made, and I am trying to simplify the command structure for my trains. I'm having trouble figuring out how to actually use the command. I've checked around and found a thread on this topic, but I'm not really understanding it much. It might've been that the explanation was a little too complex for me. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to these things. So, how do I make a trackmarklist?

A trackmark list is used when a train is given the command to select its own path to one of several TM's like at sidings. It can set its own path to an empty siding or couple to a consist in one of those sidings.
The list is created by naming all the required TM's in that group with the same name, but then add a bracketed number.
Name (1), Name (2), Name (3) and so on.
