How do I get scheduling details for real world services?

Hi all,
I've got Marky7890's excellent Cornish Railways route and sessions. Online I've found the current timetables for the services over these routes and I've also found a current document that details the class of locos/carriages that are used for each of these services. Each branch line looks like its timetable could be met by a single consist but I have no idea if that is actual practice or not. How do I bridge the gap between the timetable and the actual consists used to meet it?

Hoping it's less complicated than travelling to the UK to become a Cornish trainspotter...

Hi Rob,
Found this while searching Cornish in the search feature.
Yes, each branch line is worked (mostly) by a single consist which these days is a 2-car Class 150, although the Falmouth branch has two Class 2-car 150s which both pass at Penryn. St Ives goes up to a 4-car Class 150 from Spring to Autumn as it gets very busy in the Summer months.
Basically trains got to the mainline stations then go back to the branch terminus, staying on that line the whole day. This varies in summer when some Newquay trains go to / from London as well.

This site is also extremely useful, just put in the location and it will show all the services for that location at the selected time and date, it also shows what traction is allocated to each service for the current day.
