How do Archives work?

Hello,

I've been trying to find out how the Archiver in CMP works. Mainly, how on earth do you greate a new archive, then send selected content to it?

It seems like it really ought to be something easy, but the only thing I can see is in the settings you have a ADD button for archives, but this only allows it to link to an existing archive (as far as I can see)

See page 212 in the manual which is located in the ..\extras\documentation folder. Although I prefer to back up the entire thing to a cloud drive or cdps. I think I last used the archive tool back in TS06 days.
