Host then Post GONE?!?!?

What happened to "Host then Post"? Every time I try to go to the site I get a "403 Forbidden" error??

Try using postimg.org for image hosting it is great I use it all the time for my images and screenshots

I would agree. Imgur is better.


I would also use ShareX, it allows you to screenshot parts of the desktop and upload to a whole raft of websites, even upload them after the fact.

Me too. Well actually I get a 404. What a pity, I hope it comes back. I must check to see if all the images I uploaded with it are still visible.

EDIT: As I feared, they are all gone. I really don't see what we can do about it. Just hope that it's a temporary glitch and normal service is resumed as soon as possible.

I don't really get why people have a problem with registering...all you need in an email address and about five minutes of your time. And the interface isn't that bad, let's be honest here. To find your shots, just go to the top, hover over your name, and click "Images". It's pretty simple, at least i think so.

Besides, with HTP, your images are deleted after some time, i think a few months, maybe? On Imgur, your images are there forever until you delete them. It's easier than having to re-upload a picture over and over, if you'd need to.

Images are deleted if not accessed for 30 days, that's why I wouldn't use Host Then Post.

It's still showing on mine although I think there's a typo in the domain name.

Open the Full Image, right click, copy image location and post in the Forum thread.

you're right, but everyone can see what you are working on, i mean thats great for catching payware traders. but if you dont want someone too see something that we are working on your screwed.
