They are hid and i'm seeking them. I DL some steam whistle sounds for 04' to put at crossings,they show in content manager but they don't show up in surveyor menu. I've looked in each section but where are they? Any suggestions?

There are some static sound (block) effects assets that you can place near tracks.

Most hornsounds are a Kuid that you type in, so as to replace the original hornsound in the locomotives config file.

Make sure you committed them.Track side horn signs are found in track spline. Try searching by name under track spline.(the middle button in track fly out)
