Dear Helpdesk:
I have written three times or is it four or more asking why only recently when I upload a Paint Shed creation it fails due to lack of an image. This has never occured in the past.

Hi Gary
I have replied to both of your tickets over the past week. Please go to the online helpdesk, by click on the 'helpdesk' button at the top of the screen, then login, then click on 'view tickets' you should see both replies.
 
Thanks Zec. I had assumed Helpdesk would send me an email. I probably should have read more about the new Helpdesk protocol. Thanks again.

Did you include a screenshot (thumbnail) image in the submitted file ?

Do you have the rest of the required code in the config, like this?
