Helpdesk Complaint.

I've had 2 Helpdesk tickets open for a while now, and no one has even bothered to answer my question, which is one that only the mods of the helpdesk can answer. Zec, can you shed some light on why my 2 tickets havn't been answered?

Check to see if the ticket responses didn't get buried in junk mail, or the response was rejected for some reason by your email host. You can do this by going back to the helpdesk and checking your ticket queue.

I already know that it did not get sent to my junk mail, and that it did not get rejected. I still have the 2 emails for both tickets in my email.

Maybe you send a request which will get a very easy answer via the community (aka "posting it on the forum" ... and in the right category for a change please; reading forum descriptions is not your strongest point).

The help desk sometimes takes a while to get back. I got a survey back from submitting issues with TS12 and the latest SP1 HF4 build that have not been resolved. They asked me how I rated the response back with me in resolving the issue, and I responded back that nothing was solved or answered so I cannot give a positive response since the issues are not fixed. They did acknowledge the problems were known, but as to the process of fixing them, nothing was said.

I am thinking the SP1 HF4 is the last fix that N3V is going to do with TS12. I hope I am wrong. HF4 was a back step in performance and bugs. We are overdue in getting issues resolved with another HF 5 or perhaps a SP2. I don't know what N3V is planning, but I would think they would try and close out the end of TS12 with a good fix to many bugs that still seem to cause issues. With TANE, I hope the beta testing process and bug reporting is simpler that is was with TS12.

TS12, with issues, is a marketing strategy to encourage you to buy the new product. They make no more money from you until you become sick of TS12 and buy the new product with its brand new bugs.:(

Why would one even think of buying what its name, knowing what has happened in the past......
