HELP!!!!!!

WOW!!! I just discovered Trainz today for my iPad and I downloaded the digital version of Trainz Simulator 12. Installing it, I came to a screen that asked for my serial number. Anyone know where I find the serial number on a digital download version? I am at a loss and so frustrated cuz I cant install my game...the iPad version is awesome and i cant wait to get the PC version up and going....HELP!!!!
 
Go to your order history where you downloaded the game from the serial is their. Right under the installer it shows your the serial number.
 
WELL I clicked on the download links from the confirmation email and downloaded directly out of my email. There was no Serial No. in my email. I went to Simulator Central where I bought the game and looked at my account up and down and viewed my order. I just have no idea where my serial number could be or how to find it. I can find my order and review it. I can go to my downloads and see the four files I downloaded. But I have no record of the serial number. I hope someone can tell me where and how to retrieve my serial number from the website. I see my order number and the products SKU number but no serial number can be found. I loaded the manual from the website and the manual seemed to indicate that for digital downloads the serial number would be included in the email but it wasnt. I am just so lost and would really like to know where to find the serial number of my own game I just bought lol.

Ok to further explain.....the website where the transaction took place is called Simulator Central...when I log into my account one of my options on the main page is to view all my orders....I only have this one and when I click on that it takes me to a page where my order number is revealed and the shows me the name of my four files I downloaded, but no serial number. So when I look on the left side of the screen, I see a list of links..the top 6 or so are related to my account, then below those are product pages like farm simulator etc....so one of the options related to my account is My Downloadables. I click on that and it takes me to my order list....which I only have one orderr at this point...and it shows me again my order number and the names of the four files that comprise Trainz Simulator 12. The names of the files are actually download links that start the download process and gives me the number of times I can download that file remaining but again...no serial number. I just dont get it. Why wouldnt they put the serial number either in the email they sent me the links with, or on my account SOMEWHERE so I can install the game? lol

Hmm then what I just said probably won't help you sense you bought it from another place. I was referring to auran buying directly the digital download where it should be located. I am going to say maybe they said something like please wait a few minutes for a email thing or something. Sorry not much more I can say their.
 
First of all "Simulator Central" is the new Auran/N3V official store now. Secondly, they seem to have some issues off the mark with the registration serial number E Mails. I was going to order a few items, but have decided to wait until I see the issues have been resolved.
 
Well thanks but now I wish I would have bought it from Auran but oh well...maybe someone out there can give me guidance. Also when I got my confirmation they said if I had anyquestions send them to such and such email. When I tried to send email it came back undeliverable...now I am wonderingif I got scammed???? And now they have my Credit Card number??? Well I started the process at trainzportal.com I hope that is the right place....and then it took me to simulator central to complete the transaction.

Again, you DID buy it directly from Auran/N3V, Simulator Central is their new store that replaces the old store. They are having issues right now with the serial number E Mails. Sit tight, open a ticket with the help desk (link at top of page), and I'm sure it will be resolved "soon".
 
Ok Euphod...Yeh I DID figure out just now that Simulator Central was Auran's new store after looking around and I THINK today is the first day or maybe yesterday. I tried opening a ticket but the security words wouldnt let me. They were pretty simple to decipher so it wasnt a matter of typing them in wrong...I think again....now that I know they are just starting this new system that they are getting bugs out of it. Hopefully someone here will read this thread and see that there are issues. I dont mind bein a little patient now that I know the situation after all I DO have it on my iPad haha. I cant wait to see it with 8G memory and NVidea GTX 560m video graphics on a 17 inch monitor. I am expecting some gorgeousness here. lol is that a word?
 
Very good, welcome aboard! I would still try to open a ticket though, so that you don't fall through the "cracks".

If you can't send a ticket, you can always email auransupport@auran.com which sends a ticket to the helpdesk anyway, it just goes in a section called 'Email Queue', rather than you being able to choose your section.

thank you Kris....I did end up doing that from another page on Auran and explained to them my plight. I am sure they will get back to me soon. BTW since I am very new and have basically only finished the tutorials and drove one train around in a circle on one of the tracks....is there a game in here like getting points or earning money from delivering loads? Or is it just more like hookin and unhookiin cars and drivin them around? Either way the game looks awesome. The iPad version lacks terribly in documentation....I have no idea what to do or how to do it lol.

As it is a simulator, there are no rewards as such for completing sessions. Rather, it is to simulate real life train environments. However, you can get achievements from completing sessions.
