i have ts 2010 and when i go on the harbour master one there a bridge in there i want in my own custom base but it not in my list only on the harbour how do i import it to mine plz the bridge name is bascule lift bridge

First try this. Do a extented data base repair. wait tell it done may take awhile.

Start Content Manager and search for these two by Vulcan:
Bascule Lift Bridge 1,<kuid2:60238:27201:2> double track
Bascule Lift Bridge 2,<kuid2:60238:27212:2> single track

here's what you do. Open that route in surveyor and then go to where the bridge is. Click on your objects tab. then using your select button click on the bridge. this will tell the exact name for the bridge. Then close out surveyor,not saving anything. Then open the route your working on and go back to objects tab and locate the bridge. If you have any further questions feel free to send me a PM.

The most common reason for objects not showing up in surveyor is the show favourites box is checked resulting in a limited number of assets showing up (this is not the same as the one on the Routes screen. To turn the option off go into Main Menu (top left of any screen), Options, Surveyor Options, and at the bottom of the screen click on the show favourites so that the tick turns off.
