Hello there. So I just went to check a route I uploaded, the Heathwest Line, but for a reason it wasn't in the CM or the DLD even though I logged in! Can you please help?

An upload can take some time to appear on the DLS. The first indication you will get will be an email reporting that your upload has either been successful and will appear within the next 24hrs, or has been unsuccessful because of the following errors ....

There is a "Heathwest Line" on the DLS dated April 2015 for TRS2009 under your username. Is that the one you were referring to?
