I recently had to uninstall TS 2010 from my dads computer and put it on mine. Now I can't access the Download station and for somereason they wont let me redo my account to fix the problem. Does anyone know a fix for the problem?
Be more specific - What happens when you enter your serial? Are you logged in with the correct username and password? Could you provide screen snippets if possible?
You can not redo an account - you must use your current password and user ID - Trainz products can only be registered once!
When you reinstalled trainz on your computer the user ID and Password for the DLS would not have changed.
