Help with Purchase

I purchased Classic Cabon City download from www.Trainzland.net a few days ago using paypal. Paypal says the transaction went through. I have not recieved an email link for the download yet (the web site says I will recieve one within 24hours). The site also says "If you didn't get the information mail then leave a message in the Trainzland forum.
www.trainzland.com/forums or in the Auran Forum (Payware)."


The first forum site has no way to log in, the second link does not work at all.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on who to contact? I really would hate to go through the cancellation process, I just want the software I bought.

Sorry, i forgot to mention that I already did that as well with no reply. It's as if they have vanished from the planet. I can't be the only one having this bazarr problem? Is Trainzland and Auran connected in anyway?

Any other suggestions?
 
Look for a user in this forum by Marinus or Cab (or both) and use the forum "Email" feature (click on their name and select it - some people may not have this if they have chosen not to accept emails) and let them know directly.

I have never had a problem with communication but I do think they have an expired email address floating around, and it may be the one on the website. If you can't email either one of them or don't get a reply within a day or so, let me know and I'll dig up a support email I've used previously.
 
Also if you would like support knowing the authors they are more than welcome to help you out if you register your Trainz product in your profile as currently it shows you have nothing registered.
 
Thank you, I left a message with CAB and will give it another day.

Also, I purchased this for my 10-year old son and do not use it personally so I will delete my profile once this is resolved. I will sign him up as I think he will wnjoy this forum, I will include his version and propoer info.
