Help with Installation

I am relatively new to this Forum and would sincerely appreciate some help with the installation of "Murchison 2," an add-on that I just purchased.

Early in the installation process, a screen comes up that asks for "User Name, Organization and Serial Number." My User Name ("Joe") is already filled in. I have not "protected" my laptop with any passwords and am at a loss as to what information relative to Organization and Serial Number" is being requested.

I have installed other software and have not had this problem.

Please help.

For organization, you can enter virtually anything. For Serial Number, this must be the serial number given to you for that addon, which is not the same as your Trainz serial number.

No problem. Let me know how you get on - the serial number should be in your Simulator Central account under Order History.

A bit of extra advice though. If you've chosen to install it as an addon, you will need to add the relevant serial number into the Configure Trainz box (accessed by clicking Options on the Launcher).
