Help with Download Station.

maybe you need the Serial of ur trainz game

You will need to go to your planet auran login, and ensure you have registered your copy of Trainz, by putting in the serial number, before it will allow you to access the Auran Download Station.

Go to your Auran login and enter your serial number. Then if your using Ultimate or 04 scroll down and get the DH latest update.

Have you also entered the information in CM2 as well?

This is located under settings, Internet Tab. Put in your Planet Auran Username and password used the register the game.

I have done that too, in CM2.I just want to download some rolling stock,engines and bogies from the DS.

Hi TickyTacky,
If you have installed TS2009 in the last few days, that is around Dec.26 or 27 and after, you will not be able to download items as there is a problem with either the Download Station or Planet Auran.
You are not the only one affected. This has been reported to Auran and the problem will be investigated on Monday.
Until then, patience.
