Missing download station

Where is download station, keep getting other websites when trying to log in, first you cannot log into download station and now you cannot find it. I wonder what trick Auran has up their sleeve next, Will download station ever get back to normal.

Is Auran going to give us a refund on our FCT for the time the servers are down?

If I have a problem with broadband which I did last year I had no internet for 3 days. My provided refunded £30 for the inconvinece this caused.

Is Auran going to give us extra days beyond the FCT expire date?

Hi All
I have just spoken with the admin. The servers are currently having some maintenance done, after the issues experienced on Saturday. They should only be down for a little while. The issue was not one that we could have anticipated, and the current down time is to do the necessary repairs.

We do apologise for the outage, and thank you for your patience.

I have received another message from the admin. It appears to be a different issue (different server) to what we first thought. We are currently having it looked into, and do hope to have it sorted as soon as possible. However, it may be a little longer than expected.

We thank you for your patience whilst we get this looked into.

Well, I for one would like to thank Zec for taking the time to keep us up to date for this outage.
Also it appears the server(s) are up again here, at least for the moment.

Hi, Think you,ve got your maths wrong there. It,s only 4p a day.

Must be part of modern day culture for people to complain about losing such piffling amounts.
