Help to identify this track / short draw distance

Also Grid draw Distance issues.

One last thing I notice then I guess it's time to put this thread to rest.

If I (In driver roaming mode or surveyor) follow the track line forward, the track of course is rendered. Now once rendered, as I move backwards the track remains.

But the initial rendering is as we see in Harold's pic and my original post.

I know that this Thread is almost a Year old and I also have the exact same issues on a High end PC 3800X.
I also have a very poor Draw in of the nearby Grids for the Beauty Textures, they draw in late and also Vanish when moving away from them very quickly.
I did send a report to the Dev Team with pics and they agreed that there is a Game bug issue with this.
This would also cause some of the Tracks to act the same way. I just surly hope that they got it Patched for the next update that is coming.
Weird thing is that the Water does not have the Draw Distance problem you can see the Water all the way to the Horizon, even when the Water is set to Low Quality.
The Game has a Post Processing issue, not sure, but the Dev Team did agree with me.
