Help/suggestions with an odd interlocking

I am working on downtown Columbus, Ohio to add to my fictional route. Running into some problems with signalling this interlocking:

Using trigger multiple signals or Boats ASB for two routes is easy enough, but when it comes to three the fact that neither of these allows a single signal to be triggered by two different rules/instances makes them unusable. My only solution so far is to use trigger multiple signals on the main routes (A and B). Route C is low traffic, relatively speaking and it would be A.I. traffic only...wondering if there is a rule the driver could set conflicting signals to danger? I also realize it may be possible with the use of a bunch of extra signals...I am not usually a stickler for prototypical-but in this case I am, and with purpose. The way it is signaled in real life makes sense as it keeps as many routes open as possible (no trains advancing into the interlocking to a second signal). Any opinions/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
