help resetting daylight hours

I'm attempting to reset the daylight hours for a session in TRS2004.

In the surveyor 'world' tab, I've selected move clock and repositioned the red night fall buttons from 1800 to approx 2100 (representing height of summer). However, the sky still darkens and the lights still switch on around 1800- any ideas?

You need to do this in the edit session in order to set the hours for driver mode. Check out the startup options.

Andrew H replied on the UK Trainz forum- for information there is a fixed cycle 12 hours daylight and 12 hours night which cannot be altered. As you mention you can change the start time which may compensate but I'm working to a timetable (replicating a real event) starting at 1000, so I'd prefer to retain this.
