help please sound horn

i have placed sound horn on track it has worked for a long time ok.
But for some reason it stoped working.
I have installed a new 2009 in a differant folder and run that. Made a new route with just a track loco and sound horn.
The horn sounds if you press H but not when train passes sound horn.

I think the 'sound horn' track object is just for AI drivers. So, when the AI passes the 'sound horn' sign, the driver sounds his horn. I think thats how it works...
Correct me if I'm wrong someone

even in AI it has stopped working.
There are some in Hawes junction at tunnel entrance thay no longer work

Hawes Junction is a fun route though, have you played TC3? It has the whole Settle & Carlisle on it, just plain awesome!
