I paid 10$ for TRAINZ ultimate collection and it DOES NOT WORK it said I need a buisness name and some other thing and WE DID NOT GET THAT. We call your customer service but it did not connect us to customer service . Either help me or I want my money back -_-

what about the serial number? I didnt get that and when I type anything in and hit next it clears it and makes me do that again

It should be on the back of the manual or the inside of the case (a sticker).

I just typed it in and it cleared it and went back to empty serial number box and I dont see this in the online store... I post a picture of the box and the disk if I have too -_-

Make sure you enter it in capitol letters and the - exactly as you read it.
If you got it online you should have a serial number in your order history. Copy and paste that.

Unfortunately that tutorial of mine will not work in versions lower than TS2009.

Sorry, But UTC is a hopelessly obsolete version of a great train sim. For a few $ more you could have purchased TRS 10 or 12 and have a different set of issues.
