Help needed for newbie?

I have just joined the trainz download station, paid my money etc, and not one of the content that i have tried to download, works? All the CDP files come up blank?
Have I just wasted my money? or am I doing something wrong?

Anyone help?

I will remember that, I have UTC , I know i need serial numbers for the others but the utc collections are still coming up as blank?
I have installed all the service packs etc, but still no joy

What is blank exactly? When you download the file and click on the cdp icon it should open a window with extract in it. Click on this and it will put the item straight into your game.

I can't help as I now only use 2006 but I'm sure thaUTC section may help you.

Problem solved, I have downloaded the trainz downloader helper, which extracts everything, so if any newbies are reading this, top tip, download trainz downloader helper?

Hi re top tip, download trainz downloader helper, this is only needed for UTC anyone with TRS2004 should update the basic build with service pack 4 =SP4 or those with TRS2006 need to update with SP1
