so i just recently bought 2010 as i want to now get into building a route, so far i have a coal mine and track which lead up to the mainline, but when i put my speed signs down the basic white ones that go from 10 - whatever . they are showing up as kph in mph meaning 10 mph is limited to 6 mph 40 - 28, in driver mode. I started it in imperial mode and drive in that also so i dont know what is going on? can anyone let me know how to get 10 mph to show as 10 mph. thanks dan

The speed signs are set at kph or mph and dont alter because you set the map to mph. You need to look for uk speed signs which are set to mph. The speed of the train may also show as half that speed depending on track and signal state. Remember that the whole train affects the speed set, when the leading piece hits a lower speed it starts straight away, but if the speed is higher then the increase does not take effect until the last piece passes the sign.

There are a bunch of "sign speed" for US that are in MPH built into TS2010. I made a set that are yellow instead of white, with the offset closer to the track for setting between multiple closely spaced tracks, look for "297" if you want to try those.

Hello Traainfandan, you could, of course join the REAL world and use UK speed signs which are in MPH as is right and proper!
