Guys, I am a bit bewildered here. I bought Trainz12 a few days ago and got round to registering the serial number this morning. Somewhere in all the various screens that popped up was a mention of a 20 per cent discount on a Lifetime FCT and even gave the price at about $AUD99.99 vs $AUD120. I was given the option of "Accept" or "Decline". I accepted and was told my Profile would be updated. I went to my profile to claim my discount and all that was there were the vouchers for two trains. Below that was mention of an expired voucher that aparently I have already claimed. I certainly would dispute that as I havent bought the FCT yet.
I have raised an "Urgent" ticket with Auran/N3V as I think there is a short life of about 7 days. Nothing heard yet though.
