Help me - Route saving Error

I made a route and when i got to save it , my trainz got exit and a windows apperaed

"TRAINZ HAD STOPPED WORKING PROPERLY...." My whole route got deleted I am very annouying
 
What are your system specs?

Also, if it's Windows Vista or 7, have you made sure you are running Trainz as administrator (to do so:

1.Right-click the Trainz shortcut.
2.Click Properties.
3.Click Compatibility.
4.If the box labelled 'run this program as an administrator' is not ticked, click it to place a tick.
5.Click OK)

I have also had this a number of times (in TC3 with Windows 7 OS) which I attribute to either Windows doing something which totally affected the Trainz program, or I "knicked" a key that was a short cut to some other function. Given that a Windows screen pops up, I do not think that the problem was triggered by Trainz but I guess that is always a possibility.

Try forcing an asset database rebuild by taking the assets.tdk (and/or .bku) files out of the Trainz folder (i.e. cut and paste them somewhere safe). Start up Trainz and CMP. It will take quite a long time to rebuild but be patient and you might just see your Route reappear.
