If you're talking about saved CDP files, then yes. If its content from your TRS2004/World/Dispatcher/Downloads, then likewise, yes, albeit its a slightly different proceedure.
If you're using CDP files you've downloaded and saved, then open TRS2009 CM2.0 and navigate to settings, import CDP's. Click that, find the folder that has the saved CDP files and it'll start importing them (make sure you select all of them).
If you're trying to import your entire TRS2004/World/Despatcher/Downloads folder, then what you need to do, is open CM2.0, navigate to settings, then import content. Find your TRS2004/world/despatcher/downloads folder, and click it to 'select' said folder.
Either method, depending on how much content there is to import, may take some time - so just leave it running and it *should* happily process everything, given time and patience. When its all done, it *might* be listed as 'open for edit', so check that tab in CM2.0. If there's anything with a black 'tool' like symbol, then CTRL+A to select 'all' then press CTRL+M to commit it all. Once again, this could take some time, so leave it running and it should, eventually, install everything as you've asked.
