Help, I must have toggled off speed and other useful data

I have 22 PE. I must have toggled something off while in driver mode. While using the DCC mode, I have no basic messaging being displayed about speed or coupling. I exited one session and it's the same for another route and session.

Any ideas what got turned off and how to make it visible again?

Restarting the computer corrected the oddities.
