Help finding a fog Object!

Does anyone know if there is a mist / fog object so that you can create thick fog within a valley. I don't mean the draw distance for the mist. I'm looking something so I can place a mist object in a set place for example fog in a valley above a river but not at the sides of the valley...

Does anyone know of an object which exist along these lines??

Just a note, place Myst carefully because once you've placed it you'll have a hell of a time finding a way to delete it. Maybe try it on a blank baseboard first.
