Hello to all, im new here in the forum. Sorry if my english are bad. So, i want to ask, where's to unload woodchips and grain. I mean what is the factory name? I appreciated if u help me :). Oh and by the way, i can't login to the auran via TS12 Options. Why is that? I already type correct username and password, Planet Auran authentication failed, please retype your username and password to try again. Thanks to all who want to help me ;)

Welcome to the forums.

Regarding the login issue, you must register your serial number (Planet Auran > Serial Number) first. Once this is done, it's easier to ascertain whether the problem is at your end or N3V's end.

As for the factory issue, the Multiple Industry can normally handle that.

Hello shane thanks for the solution, but what kind of multiple factory it is? Can you give me the name of the industry? Thanks

You can use either Multiple Industry, Multiple Industry Basic, or Multiple Industry New. Multiple Industry Basic and Multiple Industry New allow for non-industry buildings to be placed next to it without looking out of place.

Industries are categorised as buildings in the Content Manager. You may have to look at those and determine which are industries and what they handle in the way of products. For woodchips and grain you may need two industries in your route.

There are also industries on the Download Station (DLS) but you will need to be registered in order to download them. Your Trainz serial number is entered in the Options Menu within the startup splash screen.
