Would someone please tell me where the serial number is to be able to download??? not in email etc. it is a 6 block number anf invoice doesnt even show it. this certainly isnt user friendly.

By download do you mean install as they are completely different things,
You don't need the serial to download you click the link on the invoice.
The serial number you need to install is >Profile > Order History, click on the invoice number, serial numbers are on the bottom of the invoice. Scroll down the page.
Purchasing a Gift Voucher gives you a Voucher for the product, that needs to be claimed to be able to be used. You can list all Gift Vouchers you have in your Planet Auran profile, see link below and there is also be a link in your Orders History Page and in the email you received.
With the Gift Voucher, you can either send it to someone or claim it yourself. Use the Claim Voucher section of your Planet Auran profile to claim the voucher, see link below. Also, see details on the Gift Voucher for link and Voucher Code.
Once the Gift Voucher is claimed, you can use the Voucher to purchase the product. With this Voucher you do not have to pay for the Digital Product, as it has already been paid for by the purchaser of the Gift Voucher.
