Help desk

I would like to put in a help desk ticket regarding my stalling and freezing problems with TS2012SP1 but the help desk header at the top of the forum screen is jumbled with another header and can't be selected. Any ideas?

Overlapping "selectable" text on your screen often indicates be that the image size has been adjusted and you have "gone large". I often do it deliberately to read small fonts and for close-up examination of images.

Try Ctrl+roll mouse wheel, which will allow you to zoom your image size in either direction. By making the image smaller you should find that the overlapping words will reduce in size and separate so that you can click on the correct area.

Sorry mezzo that won't work for me. been using a trackball for 15 years. will never go back to mouse. I don't believe I ever adjusted the image size. Thanks anyway

What browser?

With Fire Fox you can press CTRL+0 to reset the browser-screen resolution.

With IE you can click on the number with the % sign and it will reset your resolution down to 100% again if it is higher.

If your browser is Chrome the "non-mouse" method of changing zoom size is here.

I don't know how a trackball works, but I'm surprised that it doesn't seem to have an equivalent of roll mouse wheel.
