any chance we could get a status on the Help Desk ticket backlog? My credit card's been charged since 2/10 and I still can not access the download. Thanks....

Today I received a reply and a fix for a ticket posted on 18 Feb 2010, with an apology from Zec.;)
 
I also posted a helpdesk ticket last week (15th) regarding not being able to access my 1st class ticket. As of today I got a reply from Zec to and everythings been sorted so thanks go to him :).
 
You have checked your profile and looked in your order history at the purchase order ?

It will contain your Trainz Key and the download locations if it has been processed. It shows actually the progress of your order.
 
Yes, I've been checking email and my Profile/Order History every day. Nothing. Even though Auran/N3VRF41L Publishing charged my credit card, my order shows "in process"....
 
Their numbers are few, give them a little time to catch up on everything, I ordered on the 16th, got email today that it had been shipped.

I also have a ticket about postage costs, costed extra $10 for airmail, I am less then 900kms away so that was not really needed, but anyway I noticed on my statement that I had been charged twice for an order that is "in process" even though it says $0.00. I had to 'back-out' of the first order to make sure that funds were actually available to cover the purchase.

Why I say this for, if it says "in process", are you sure you have completed the order correctly?

But yes, even if you have not 'completed' the order it seems they still charge you though as I have found out as well.
 
How does one back out of an order? Also, it was completed to the best of my knowledge. I received an invoice number, etc. Theres nothing that I can see to do on the Auran website to further the order on my end.

However, I did receive an email from Zec last night (Thanks Zec!) stating that they had not received payment from my credit card/bank and my order shows "failed" in the Auran system. So I will contact my bank to see why the charge is showing up if it did in fact fail...:confused:
 
I too ordered TS2010 on the 16th and just got a "shipped" confirmation yesterday. Anxious to see how it looks.

well, then like me, you don't have much other option than filing a credit card dispute with your bank. the person at my bank said the transaction may be "stuck" at some "middle man" type processor between the bank and Auran...
 
Just checked my cc info online and the charges from N3VRF41L Publishing Pty were reversed ;) . I'm too gunshy to try ordering the download again, so now I have to wait until TS2010 shows up in the stores in the states...:'(
