I also posted a helpdesk ticket last week (15th) regarding not being able to access my 1st class ticket. As of today I got a reply from Zec to and everythings been sorted so thanks go to him .
Yes, I've been checking email and my Profile/Order History every day. Nothing. Even though Auran/N3VRF41L Publishing charged my credit card, my order shows "in process"....
Their numbers are few, give them a little time to catch up on everything, I ordered on the 16th, got email today that it had been shipped.
I also have a ticket about postage costs, costed extra $10 for airmail, I am less then 900kms away so that was not really needed, but anyway I noticed on my statement that I had been charged twice for an order that is "in process" even though it says $0.00. I had to 'back-out' of the first order to make sure that funds were actually available to cover the purchase.
Why I say this for, if it says "in process", are you sure you have completed the order correctly?

How does one back out of an order? Also, it was completed to the best of my knowledge. I received an invoice number, etc. Theres nothing that I can see to do on the Auran website to further the order on my end.
However, I did receive an email from Zec last night (Thanks Zec!) stating that they had not received payment from my credit card/bank and my order shows "failed" in the Auran system. So I will contact my bank to see why the charge is showing up if it did in fact fail...

well, then like me, you don't have much other option than filing a credit card dispute with your bank. the person at my bank said the transaction may be "stuck" at some "middle man" type processor between the bank and Auran...
Just checked my cc info online and the charges from N3VRF41L Publishing Pty were reversed . I'm too gunshy to try ordering the download again, so now I have to wait until TS2010 shows up in the stores in the states...:'(
