Hello dd40ax6972 and welcome to the forum,
First off, is your drive in your computer a cd drive or a dvd drive, I ask this because I'm sure Trainz 2010 is on DVD, and it can not be read on a cd drive, hence the disk will spin and say on your screen, place disk in drive or no disk.*
also, does any other disk work in your drive and what type are they, are they cd rom or DVD, they usually say on the box or cover.*
*DVD drives are not expensive and can easily be fitted, there are shops that can fit them for you, and they take 5 minutes to install.
If nothing works in your disk drive, then I would assume that the cable in the computer has either come loose or disconected from the drive. This also is a five minute job, or can be done by a computer specialist at a small charge.
