Hi, this will be a bit complicated and i hope you guys can help me out.

First my name is Haime, i'm originally from Brazil but i live in the US.

My grampa that still lives in Recife, Brazil is the real nuts about this game and i just purchased the 2010 engineer edition for him. As you see the account is in my name, and as my first question, is it possible for me to give this account to him, so he can change the password and user name?

Now to the more complicated issues.

He has Trainz 2006 edition, also its not a registered copy. I know as a software developer i do not condone this BUT he tried to purchase the game in Brazil and had no success. When he got it online it was held at customs and never given back. Downloading the game is not an option since he has less than 100kbs internet. So i hope you guys understand and don't give us a lot of "trouble".

He is 75 and has lots of free time, because of that he completely modeled the northeast Brazil lines on the game. Countless hours of work.
He wants to import that saved game to the new 2010 game, is it possible?
Is there a tutorial on how to do it? Will it change any parts of the game?

I appreciate the help.

Thanks
Haime

Yes you can give your grandfather your login info. He can change the password, email, etc as he sees fit. However you are only allotted ONE username change. Which must be handled thru the helpdesk.

yes and no. Almost everything should work fine. However TS2010 has updated 'settings' and when using it in "Native" mode I would venture that a good number of objects and such will not work properly, they'll still be there just not work right. However you can still run in "compatability" mode and shouldn't have any problems; the other option is to update the broken stuff. TS10 introduces a lot of new features that can be used as well so I would suggest the latter, especially if he has lots of free time.
