I deleted newer script the Headlights are fixed and turned on a Older JR GP38-2 with Kitbashed Parts + Headlight Flare Model expect newer JR Locomotives like the CM44AC has missing Deps and I click the CM44AC Missing Deps, It says Available for Download but I redownloaded newer JR Script the, The Older JR GP38-2 with Kitbashed Parts + Headlight Flare Model’s Headlight is Gone

Is there other ways to solve this problem?

Delete the new script. This should restore your out-of-date version that works.

This doesn't sound like N3V's problem. Post something in the script forum, or ask about this in Jointed Rail's forum since you used their script.
