I noticed this was missing while doing a little drive and enjoying a passenger view. On trains that have slam door stock or preserved railways its not uncommon to see someone poking their head out of a window..
I think most of us must have done it, especially on preserved railways.. Its a great thing seeing the train snaking around corners, seeing the loco up front.
For UK stock we have quite a few different coaches available, some with interiors but it doesn't seem that the door area is modelled so even with freeintcam it doesn't seem possible
I thought also you could possibly move the camera to the outside just by the door to get the same affect but it seems you then can't see the exterior of the coach?
Are there any coaches that make this possible?
I'd like to hear thoughts on this
