hd deactive

And if Ctrl-Z doesn't go back far enough and you haven't saved since after you made the change(s), you can always exit the route/session without saving although that will also not save any changes you do want to keep.

Hi coremuzo,

It's worth remembering that you can't edit HD terrain in Surveyor classic, it has to be edited in Surveyor 2.0. Attempting to edit it in classic (either with the ground tools or by attempting to smooth the ground under a spline/track etc.) will give you the error message you received.

S2.0 is a much more refined tool and, while it does have a learning curve like any software, I have found it to be absolutely fantastic to be able to edit the terrain in 12.5cm sections. Trainz terrain has never looked so realistic!

Cheers,

PLP

According to you, it's great. After I did the "HD" job, the game started to freeze anyway, the problem will continue, there is no solution, we will arrange the route from the beginning and continue the game

Well yes, my experience has been a good one so I can only speak from what I've encountered but it sounds as if there's something wrong either with your installation or your PC itself. I recently had a primary hard drive failure which wasn't apparent until it went in to be diagnosed. Thankfully it was covered under warranty but it was a partial failure on the C drive that led to occasional crashes when gaming. It's always worth checking to see. If not the PC, try reinstalling Trainz and patching to the latest stable version.

Cheers,
