Having some trouble

Hi everyone sorry to be aproblem but I need some help. I am new to the trainz comunity. I am running trs 2009 and I keep getting a message that my content has been damaged when I follow the instructions in the message nothing happens. I am also having trouble downloading from the down load station I have a first class ticket. When I click on my download cart it tells me that the install path can't be found.
I am not very computer literate. I am running windows vista if that means anything.

Welcome to the Trainz Community! I'll try to help you the best I can, and I'm sure other people will dive in as well. Not being computer literate isn't such a bad thing, trust me. Not knowing what they do will keep you happily in bliss without a lot of the frustration that geeks like me have dealt with over the years.

Anyway, if I understand you correctly, your Trainz 2009 crashed, and now your're getting a message that says the database is corrupt, but it's not doing anything when you click okay.

Has the program ever run properly for you?

Can you give us some information on your computer such as memory, disk space, videio card, etc.?

What version of Windows?

Vista is a little different than XP and requires some special things to help Trainz run properly.

This is important to know so we can help diagnose your problem.

Trouble

Hi John Thanks For getting back to me sorry it took so long to read you replay. My computer is a Dell xpsi 630 running vista home premium,I have 2 drives 300gb with 166 gb free space and second drive 320 with 268 free space2.83 ghz quad core 12 mb cach, and dual 1024 mb ATI Radeon 4870 video cards. Hope this helps you.
