Sa-sta redhen and a vt-604 (correct me on that if wrong please) as I use trainz 2012 and loads of old assets are not downloading and ones for 2009 onwards downloads for some unknown reason I'll be greatful if someone does thank you

Start with getting your TS12 and TS2009 registered to your account, as currently it does not show you legally own those versions. To do so, go here:

If you already done so (so they show on that page for this account), contact the helpdesk (link found at the top of every forum page).

Sending content to people by email is in most cases illegal.

I have trainz 2012 registered to my other account seolboy the only thing was that I could not download anything using that account so i used this one

If you don't have any copies of Trainz registered to your account then you cannot download from the DLS. If you want to download you need to use an account that has TS12 or above registered to it. You will generally find things work better with just one account which has all your products registered to it. Hhelpdesk can merge your accounts if needed.

I am Iliketrains... Just to let you know I stopped using this account after something happened where downloads would not happen and when I used my other account (iliketrains...) Downloads were downloading (ish) just not the old assests

Well, you need to take all that to the helpdesk and politely ask them to help you get things sorted.
Opening another account on the forum does not solve your problems.
I have to say, we all play by the rules here, as edh6 indicated above.
No one can email you anything.
