Having a problem with TS2012

I have just purchased and installed TS2012, installation and patching went fine, But i cannot access the DLS!. A message appears saying Unable to contact Planet Auran, please check your internet connections and firewall settings. I check that all connections are correct then i receive a message telling me that my user name and password are incorrect. plus no recognition of my being a currant first class ticket holder. All settings are correct, i have registered with Planet Auran. TS2009 TRS2006 and TC3 are all working fine. Can someone please help ?.

Can you log in to planet auran (above) and re set your password.

Yes i have tried that and still no good.

Check that your antivirus firewall isn't blocking the application from accessing the internet. Set the filters to allow Content Manager and Trainz to work.

Your password and username should be the same as that used in the forums. I'm sure you know this already, considering that you've had Trainz for some time or that's how it appears on your version timeline.

You haven't by chance forgotten you need to run Trainz as Administrator in Win7?
