Tomorrow in the US we give thanks for all of our blessings. I hope that all, whether in the US or not will join us. One blessing we should keep in mind on this day of thanks is the wonderful hobby that Trainz is, and also all those who participate as creators, maintainers, builders, advisors, friends, and - dare I say it? - N3V, for making it possible.

We did some cooking today and will finish up with the turkey tomorrow along with the taters. I bought a huge cheesecake from The Cheese Factory. Yum!

Our Family makes homemade egg noodles! MMM those are really good especially the long and thick ones lol! Also dont forget the pies!
Yum... I've had those before - a long time neighbor, now very elderly, used to make home made lasagna and ravioli noodles. Nothing tastes better than that.
A former girlfriend from Taiwan, has an aunt that used to make homemade Asian rice noodles too. These were awesome too.Making me hungry.
We're getting some apple pies. My mom wasn't feeling up to baking this year.

Kool! Ah well.. When we make pies they never seem to come out right.... But we got the Pumpkin, Apple, and Cherry pies on hand... And the cool whip... No pumpkin pie is perfect without it! And we have also made homemade mashed potatoes! Man oh man, Nothing like fresh mashed potatoes made from real potatoes! Really good!
