I found one from Overlordnz but it seems to be kinda big. Any one know where there are more to choose from. I'm looking to something that you can move pallets around on a platform. Thanks.
I'm away from my Trainz installation at the moment, so I can't make a reference to an asset, but while there are human operated forklifts which do not have electric or internal combustion assist, it sounds to me like what you are looking for is more commonly called a "pallet jack", which is a device used to pick up a pallet a few inches. There are electric powered pallet jacks, too, but the manually operated kind are far and away more common.
