That build number applies to both TRS22 and TRS22PE.
The quickest and easiest way to tell is when you start the program from its windows icon and open the Trainz Launcher, the background image will show either Trainz22 or Trainz22PE.
Selecting the Start Trainz option will open the Surveyor/Driver selection window which will show at the top of the options, either Trainz22 or Trainz22 Platinum Edition.
