It's got to be a modded first-gen geep (that running board tells the whole story) so it's either got to be a GP-16, or a GP-8 or -11.

well, close enough...I don't know the class for sure myself, but I've heard them called P-10s, and it's technically not streamlined, but i qualify it as streamlined since its got the skyline casing.
