Nope. Not an SW9. It is an East Penn locomotive though. (Railroad formed by the merger of PRL and EPR.)

Above and beyond what I was looking for, but you are correct here.

Really, it was originally an EMD NC(900 HP, Cast frame.) PBNE then rebuilt it into an SW8. Later on, they modified it once again, making it a hybrid between an SW8 and SW9, and it was very similar to an SW900, but not quite. Technically, it is still an SW8M. The main modification that you can see visually, is the second stack, which is much closer to the first stack, than you would have on an SW9 or an SW1200. (SW8s and SW900s have no second stack.)
